(620) 750‑2182 Robo call recorded 5 January 2015 ("Rachel at Cardholder Services...reduce your rate...consider this your final notice..." Credit Card SCAM)
Caller ID: "Hayes VA"
"Rachel" calling me back (after a long absence, was she arrested for fraud?) after assuring me, "...consider this your final notice..." and even after "Carmen" and "Brigit" told me recently that I didn't qualify for their "lower your rate" offer because I pay my credit cards off in full each month.
The recording of this "lower your rate" call is a recorded mix of past calls (notice in my transcript, below, where I point out different female voices in their recording) and of course this call is from a new number to avoid past call blocking. The recorded message is their usual patter (see below) followed by a 7 second pause, then they repeat the message and disconnect.
Their total disregard of the Do Not Call list certainly tells us a lot about their business ethics, doesn't it?
Here is a transcript of their latest offer:
[female voice] Hello, this is Rachel at Cardholder Services calling in reference to your current credit card account. There are no problems currently with your account, it is urgent that you contact us concerning your eligibility for lowering your interest rate to as little as 6.9%. Your eligibility expires shortly so please consider this your final notice. [different voice] Press the number 1 on your telephone now [then another different voice] to speak with a live operator and lower your interest rate. Thank you."
[7 second pause, message repeats, then disconnect]
Thanks to Google Voice ( www.google.com/voice ) you can hear this recording on my Spam Calls web page:

The VoIP spoofing boiler room must be for "LOWER INTEREST," and whatever other in order to fool u into giving out financial info...
Oh, the joy of getting another recorded call from credit card services at 9 am with an offer to lower your credit card rate!!
Just what I want to wake up to in the morning, of course with all the constrution going on over here, it is a wonder I get any sleep at all. Ok, so back to the topic, these jokers have been calling from the same number since 12-23-14 and no
matter how much I have told them that I don't have any credit cards and have asked them to stop calling, they continue
with their torture. Even reporting them has not helped either, so today I called them back and of course I recieved a recording asking me to press 1 to be removed off their list. I did so and they said it would take 48 hours to process, I
guess we will see what happens. Unfortunatley when you get rid of one, they just call you back from another phone
number or numbers.
