Credit / ID thieves, I have told them many times if they want to see my cards to just meet me on my front porch & I'd gladly show them to them ( among other things ) , but nobody has showed up yet.

Yep, got a call from this number. I agree with Rich. I try to follow the same practices as him. Don't answer. Don't let it go to voice mail if your quick enough. Connect and disconnect the line as swiftly as your phone will let you (some are slower to connect then others). Then block them. Filing complaints with the "Do Not Call" authorities is a exercise in futility. Every time I file a complaint, which is greater than five, if I get any response is whining that they can't do anything. I wish telling these people that paying my taxes that pays their salary is too hard for me. I can't track down the documents I need. Oh my goodness, paying taxes is so hard. I think I'll stop paying them and use the same excuse these butt-sitting bureaucrats use.
