I received a phone call from the other line saying that the phone call is recorded. I demanded to know why would they record a phone call when I don't know who is calling or what company is calling me. She insisted that it is recorded and I asked her why she was calling me. She said she wants to know if my name is Marya and I said yes, indeed. And she told me that I owe Providian credit card 1,400 dollars. I got furious and told her that as a debt collection agency, they are illegally collecting a debt that was discharged 14 years ago. I told them to stop harrassing me or I would sue them. I tried blocking their number but iPhone 4 does not have this feature, so I am going to report them to an agency that handles illegal collection of debts.
Fed up this site is viewed by authorities..law enforcement...government agencies it is time u do your jobs and shut this company down...cell phone providers do your due diligence and block this number from reaching your customer's...maybe a nation wide class action lawsuit against the FCC and companies that are allowed to illegally harass would take care of this [***]....on my private secured number ...wake up FCC you work for us....theoretically or have corruption protocol redesigned public service
