9:12 am today, no message left.  Or, it may have been blocked by nomo.  No matter - I'd never answer anyway.  DNC-violating scum.

Why would anyone answer an unknown phone number beginning with "00"???
And Mark - why on earth would attempt to call them back?
No prefix number on earth begins with "00."
This number just screams SCAM!!!
If no one answered these calls, these CRIMINALS would be out of business!
Called at 8:56am - it now nearly 4pm and I just saw their call.

I never answer any longer, if I even hear the phone ring, I have alerted people who I want calling
about the 90% of calls that are FILTH ONSHORE AND OFFSHORE
