i get calls from this number, it's some kind of political marketing stuff. a recording of a man with a commanding sounding voice comes on and is saying something dramatically to get your attention about some political matter.  I've no interest in the stuff and wish they wouldn't call me at all.  It's a total bother.  if we can't get someones attention by speaking kindred words of care is it really worth it?  Why do we need to shout and be dramatic?  Especially when the receiver can't talk to you.
