Called again, ID'ying as a rep from "Windows"
I cut him off and said "I do not have Windows, Please Take Me Off Your List"
He said OK
I said again, "No I mean it, Take Me Off Your List, Your Company has called me repeatedly, I do not have Windows, and I no longer want these calls."
He then said, "F*ck Off"
Stunned, I said, "Pardon Me???"
He again said, louder "F*CK OFF"
I said "You talk to your mother with that mouth? TAKE ME OFF YOUR LIST" and hung up.

I've been getting these calls all from different numbers. Today at 11:30 626-445-9137. I never pick up. No one ever leaves a message. I have called back each time (from a land line) and the automated messages is that the number is disconnected or no longer in service.
I agree! We have had 4 calls in total from these people. It is ridiculous and even more so that people fall for this. It is unfortunate that most people that do are seniors or others just starting out and they don't know the pit falls that the internet attracts. Warn as many people as you can, if we inform others we can put these heartless money grubbers out of business! FYI: We are in BC, Canada and they said that they were calling from Columbus, Ohio.
called this morning i have a lost dog and he was asking question so when i put my husband on he hung up he a scan when i called the number back its been disconnected coming from ca. well he can not help me i am in another state he got some information out the paper we had just put it in the what a loser and he needs to go back to his country
I just came home from work. Same guy called me yesterday at 5:50am central from a 303 number. I was less than pleasant, although I had been awake nearly an hour. Told him to do something physically impossible.
Today's call was the same and he did not realize all he was talking to was an answering machine. Thinking about saving it and sending it to our state attorney general as a harassing phone call and a violation of federal law and do not call lists.
Calls claiming to be from windows. states windows is corrupt and they will walk you through how to fix it.
sounds like a scam artist to me. After googling this number that was on caller id, other posters experienced the same type
of scam. This is NOT legitimate. This is NOT Windows support or Microsoft. Hang up!
