This number has been calling my cell phone several times a day for weeks despite my hitting #1 which is supposed to "unsubscribe" my number. The name of the caller is The Discount Center located in Philadelphia PA, obviously a scam. They want your electric bill to see if there is a way to save you money. Obviously a scam
