hung up before my answer kicked in

I answered with the name of my business and the caller said, "By the way, my name is Ken Williams" and then he hung up.

Got call from 626-768-0488, caller id shows name unknown.  Did not leave a message.  This must be a spammer.

These robo calls should be deemed an act of terrorism.   The A-holes generating these calls are terrorising our phone lines.  These jerks either rarely answer, or are rude and hang up nor do they ever leave messages.   What is the point and why can't the phone companies and or government do something?

They called 4/11 and today and left no message.
