Got a call from this number. The guy asked for my named. Then pretend / mute for couple of seconds and later hang up.
I think they do this intentionally to all their callers just to show on their record they called and talked for couple of seconds.
Haaa scammers scamming their own system not to do any work.
When that # calls, we just pause our DVR, wait for the phone to stop ringing & resume watching whatever. They don't leave a message, so they don't matter.
Yelling at these scumbags will not make them stop. Might I suggest speaking VERY softly. If you have to, act like you have a medical problem so they have to turn up the volume on their end. Once you are sure they have done this and have the phone tight to their ear, blow a police whistle into your mouthpiece, or a canned air horn. Just think of the look on the lawbreaker's face!
