I get repeated calls from this number, have for months, and everytime, I just hear breathing on the other end, never anyone identifying themselves. When you call the number back, it just rings, never gets answered.
Can't someone do something about going after these people? Surely there is a name associated with the number.

So the bottom line is, this number is being used by SCAMMERS! Don't answer it, ignore it, block it.
