There is something very fishy about these people. I just called them back on a different number 626-851-8253. I simply asked what court houses they worked with and she hung up on me.
I tried again and asked if they could call the inglewood courthouse with me on the phone and she hung up on me. These people are frauds.
I have been getting calls on and off over the past year. Everytime they have called I have sent them a fax with a reciept for the payment to the Inglewood courthouse. I keep asking them to confirm they recieved the fax but they will not call me back or fax me back.
These people must be frauds. I would not suggest giving them any information.
This woman called, to ask me questions, refused to identify herself or the purpose of her call. Mind you it is a collection agency that has just violated the fair debt collection practices act. Failing to identify herself or the company she works for. Additionally making this call "collect" as case law does identify cellular phone calls as "COLLECT". I stated that she needn't identify anything but, that she will be reported to the FTC Attorney General, by phone number.
I got a call from this number on my cell. The lady asked me if it was me and asked to verify my birthday I asked who she was and she said somethng like Mrs. Smith. I asked her if she was with a company and she said yea I asked her what company and she told me that she would tell me after I verified some information for her. I asked her again and she still did not tell me so I hung up...Thats crazy who ever it was you dont call someone without verifing who you are first.

THEY ASKED FOR A NAME, THEN I SAID WHO IS IT? AND THEY HANGED UP ON ME? AFTER I HAVE READ ALL THIS COMMENTS FROM YOU PEOPLE, WHAT I THINK IT IS SOME KIND OF RIP OFF BIG TIME AND IM ASKING MYSELF HOW DID THEY KNOW PEOPLE OWE TRAFFIC TICKETS OR ANY COURT DEBT THEY MUST HAVE A LIST FOR THOSE PEOPLE THAT THEY OWE THIS MONEY AND THEY ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE TO SEE WHO IS GOING TO BE THE NEXT VICTIM. Hay theses folks are crooks but they can suggest that your license be suspended if you do in deed have an outstanding ticket the State of California has resorted to som low stuff to get their money but all you need do is visit the county court house and pay only what you owe not their fees ect
Or better yet have a Lawyer write a letter on your behalf this will shut them up
If you have any unpaid parking or any kind of citations they put all of that on your registration I had that happen to me I went to register my car and all the parking tickets, were there so I had to pay them before I could register my car so for someone to say they are collecting for the court sounds like a bunck of BS besides you can always call the court regarding the matter,
