There is something very fishy about these people. I just called them back on a different number 626-851-8253. I simply asked what court houses they worked with and she hung up on me.
I tried again and asked if they could call the inglewood courthouse with me on the phone and she hung up on me. These people are frauds.
I have been getting calls on and off over the past year. Everytime they have called I have sent them a fax with a reciept for the payment to the Inglewood courthouse. I keep asking them to confirm they recieved the fax but they will not call me back or fax me back.
These people must be frauds. I would not suggest giving them any information.

I had a very difficult time with these people. At first, it started out fine, but then the payment never went through. I received a call telling me to call back, and when I did, they told me it was cancelled because of insufficient funds. First of all, I had over 2,000 in the bank, so this was not possible, second, I would have received either a notice or charge to my account from my bank. I recieved neither. I called back again. GC services then told me that I was going to have to pay $25 because my check was sent back the manager was rude and would not tell me why I needed to pay this, she just said the bank sent it back as other, and that I gave her the wrong account information. Through three different phone calls, every time I verified that the bank account number was right. So I asked if their person was to put the information in wrong, would I get charged another $25 though it was their fault. SHE SAID YES. Then she asked me if I still wanted to make payments and why I don't just do a money gram! They NEVER gave me that option. They said I was required to provide a checking account, and now they are charging me. I called my bank back and asked if there were any rejections from this company on the days they were supposed to take the money out... THERE WERE NO RECORDS OF THEM EVEN TRYING. Another time when I was speaking to a manager I asked why I was told first that it was insufficient funds, then later something else, then later another thing, and she just said that we are not charging you just to charge you and take your money. This made me very upset because I never suggested that, all I wanted to know was the actual reason for the $25 charge. Then they started saying things like well do you want to pay it? the liscense will be suspended and there will be a warrant put out. I am not even the one who got the ticket, I am helping out a family member because he cant pay it, you would think at least they would be truthful instead of telling me a bunch of things that don't make sense.

These people are very rude. Ask to speak to a supervisor and they will place you on hold for as long as you are stupid enough to stay on the line. If you keep calling back then somehow the same person answers the phone and keeps placing you on hold. This is a very un-professional company that the courts use. I just hope that our tax dolars aren't paying for this crap.
