stating to be calling on behalf of cash partners of america to collect a debt or a lawsuit will be filed; i settled with the company on the pay day loans; he has a heavt middle eastern accent and states to be calling from a law firm in ny but uses curse words and is rude; doesnt give any info and threatens to have your ssn "unrecognized" by the government i dont get this; its a scam but scary cuz they have some of your personal info; i got on the website and its happening to ppl all over; same company, same scenerio, different numbers and different american names; be careful and dont give these ppl any more of your money; times are hard for all of use; get a job like the rest of us!!!
this prick left a message at my job today...its memorial day dip-[***]!!!! what is it in your countyr f-off day??? they even called my cousin,, i had taken a legit loan, paid itback and these [***] have the nerve to hack into web sites and steal out [***] and no one does anything about it.. and no matter how many tmes ive called to report it they are still able to hack in to our personal information... im gonna call tomorrow just cause i wan t to f around and tell his [***] chris green or wahtever fictiotional name he left today and tell him i;ll wire the money... but of course i wont.. ive already changed my old cell number ..they suck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they need to blow themselves up already

These people have been calling me for the last 2 years. I don't take it seriously, because you cannot "download" a complaint and if you were going to sue me, the proper procedure is to serve me with a complaint. I have not received one yet since I received my first phone call back in 2009. I guess everyone needs a job, I just feel sorry for the innocent people who actually believe them. The ironic thing is, they actually called my co-worker who sits right next to me and I jumped on the phone and cursed them out again.

I keep getting phone calls from this number numerous times a day. They are also calling my co-workers. It is an incoming call from an international number but this is the one that they leave to call back on. They sound like indian and are very ugly and threatening.
