These idiots have been calling me too. Always with a new American name with the same ol' middle eastern accent. I've spoken with these fools a couple of times. Pissed whom ever I was speaking to off because he couldn't make me get scard, please! I told him he was a bad scam artist, and I wasn't sending them a damn dime. Today, I got a call at work...now I am fighting mad. I would suggest everyone who is being harassed to contact the FBI.

stating to be calling on behalf of cash partners of america to collect a debt or a lawsuit will be filed; i settled with the company on the pay day loans; he has a heavt middle eastern accent and states to be calling from a law firm in ny but uses curse words and is rude; doesnt give any info and threatens to have your ssn "unrecognized" by the government i dont get this; its a scam but scary cuz they have some of your personal info; i got on the website and its happening to ppl all over; same company, same scenerio, different numbers and different american names; be careful and dont give these ppl any more of your money; times are hard for all of use; get a job like the rest of us!!!
I HAD RECENTLY MOVED SO MY CELL SERVICE WITH MY CURRENT CARRIER IS HORRIBLE! ONCE I GOT THAT TAKEN CARE OF I RECEIVE THESE MESSAGES STATING I'M BEING SUED FOR A DEBT I HAVENT THE SLIGHTEST ABOUT! BUT THEY HAVE INFORMATION MY MOTHER DOESN'T HAVE SO NATURALLY I LISTEN! BEING THE ANAL INDIVIDUAL I AM I PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL THE MESSAGES RECEIVEED WERE FROM THE SAME MAN DIFFERENT NAME ONCE I REACHED HIM! I WAS BEING CHARGED WITH 3 COUNTS WHICH ALL WERE CRIMINAL IN NATURE, BEING I'VE WALKED LINES STRAIGHTER THEN PRIESTS I BEGAN TO QUESTION BEING TOLD NOT TO INTERRUPT! BEING MY FIELD OF WORK I KNEW IT WAS A SCAM. DON'T BELIEVE THAT IT STOPS AT CALLS, THEY CAN AND WILL ATTEMPT TO STEAL YOUR IDENTITY! These people called my employer and said they were going to arrest me. My boss called and investigated and it is a scam. The number they used is 3479606502 he said his name was Tim Macintosh
