Here we go AGAIN... these morons will just not leave me alone... this is a SCAM... I am SO tired of the ignorant fools calling me. The next time they call me I am calling the police. They have been harrassing me for the last 9 months... LEAVE ME THE HELL ALONE..
i just received a call at my work from these people. At first I thought it was real until the supposed attorney got really mad and started getting rude when I told him I did not know what he was talking about. Then when I was told I would be being served tomorrow morning and taken to the court immediately for court, BUT I was not going to be arrested. Papers were going to be severed at my home address which he rattled off, and to my work address which he could NOT give me and got pissed off when I asked what address they had for my work and that "The local police will figure out what my work address is." They could not give me the date of the loan or the amount of the loan. Oh and the kicker, "This company is not looking to have you pay this back, They have already wrote off the loss. They want to have criminal charges press." It brought up way to many red flags. I am very glad that this is most likely a scam.
