We changed providers and got a new number a week or two ago and this call comes in pretty much every day. Really irked me, so I signed up for the do not call registry. I did that on Friday night...

I live in NJ and just received a phone call from this number. It's really creepy how someone hangs up as soon as you answer AND if you call back it says all the agents are busy even though you never get to an agent...
Unfortunately its not illegal in NY if they dont make a threat. A person can call and hang up all they want. There is a statute called Aggravated Harassment but our wonderfully liberal judges in NY deemed it unconstitutional.
the company is not Paetec they are the phone sevice provider and cannot do anything about the nuisance calls. they are getting annoying. When the cant find the address, but the longitude and latitude maybe lat 40.79 long -73.20 if you live in the area put it into a gps or google earth to find the adress and post an update.
