Freedom.... I work for a physician and we have over 25 insurance companies which is a lot. I can tell you that actually John R is correct. The timely filing is between 12-18 months and I just appealed one that is 2.5 years old. This company has harassed me at home, work, and even called my family members and their families. AFTER being told to stop and my attorney called them saying to stop this bill isn't even legitamate. I say harassed because they were told to stop and they still kept it up and were very rude.
