These people are lower than life. They will do anything to collect money that isn't even owed. I will never again answer a phone number I do not recognize!
Day & Knight is a 3rd party debt collector. ALL 3rd party debt collectors are shady. Not just this company. When dealing with debt collectors, the best way to interact with them is to remain completely calm, not matter what insults and snotty comments they make. Just keep the tone of your voice steady and let them know that you will not be paying them a penny and they can stick their collection bill up their a$$!! LOL
