Agencies assist many companies so this ability may vary from client to client based on the terms of the agreement and amount of loss incurred by the unpaid balance. My goodness. Yes, I do see in the initial statement that they were calling FOR Ann now. It is possible, but we can't be certain without specifics, that Ann had multiple balances which lent to one call placed on each new account. I have actually had this occur after receiving a new phone number as well. When this occurs an agency always appreciates when someone lets them know it is a wrong number because it helps save time for everyone. The number is then removed immediately. In our office we assist people every day that are dealing with an oversight or dilemma of some sort. We appreciate that no one is perfect and there are scenarios that require patience and assistance.
