I missed the call. Searched on Yahoo and found a person in MO and this listing for Auto Warranties. Our cell phones are on the do not call list but we can't seem to block the Auto Warranty solicitors. They always call from different numbers. It also seems when you ignore it the number keeps calling, not always in the same day, until the call is answered. Major annoying.
I just received a call from this number as well. It's the second time the warranty scam people have called me. The first time it was from an unidentified number (no caller ID). So I thought I would be able to track them down to complain about them this time (because there was a number) but it's just someone's personal number that they're probably faking. Who are we supposed to complain to about this?
Same as others here. Got the call on my cell, didn't answer. Googled the number and stated it was from a woman in St. Charles, Mo. Figured it was a scam and, it is!
This number is really blowing up folks phones today... Got a call on my cell phone, so these [***] just cost me 1 minute. I have family in Missouri, so I answered the phone immediately despite not knowing the number. Jerks got me.
Extended warranties are quite often rip-offs.
I do have a car warranty that is going to terminate, so my guess is that they received the number from the "good folks" at Chrysler. I do not give out my cell number to anyone other than family as I have another number for other contacts.
Received a call on my cell phone from this phone number - I did not answer it. Is this a scam or what?? My husband also had a call from the same number; again on his cell phone. What can be done to stop this?
