Brian Anderson is a broker there, used to call me constantly. If you look him up on FINRA Broker Check you can see that Capital One Bank went after him for unpaid credit card bills or something. Also appears to owe New York State a bunch of back taxes. I would never entrust my money to someone who clearly cannot handle their own money responsibly. Check it out yourself, its all there.

Do you have a point to make or do you simply enjoy pouncing upon whatever threads surface on the home page with horridly misspelled run-on remarks so vague they could go anywhere? According only to you, every single caller you touch is spoofing Caller ID and is something to report to police after we "tape their calls" and "Google this scam" and "no [sic] our rights" and "talk to a lawyer" since "lawyers are suing these companies now" .... which I guess lawyers never thought to do before last week.
Meanwhile you seem unwilling to articulate those rights we should "no" or to describe what you see displayed when someone is "useing [sic] a spoof number". You have nothing specific to contribute to comprehending any given call source. Oh, and by the way, you can't decide what your alias should be as you spew these posts in spam-like batches within a few minutes each load.
Please drop the act, compose what you really want to say, and place it where it belongs. We have enough noise from overt shills and trolls as it stands.
Here is the point. These calls are unsolicited and break the law as they violate the Do Not Call list. There are numerous other websites that indicate that 646-449-7100 callers are questionable at best, and potentially unscrupulous actors. What is not in question is the violation of code and law, and anyone who receives a call from them is allowed to comment. I am on a Do Not Call list - 646-449-7100 called as is not a non-profit entity, thus the caller broke law -- simple.
Your commenting on other people's spelling and grammar, when yours also is rather "creative", does not discount the views and comments posted. In addition, your defending the caller in question naturally would lead me and others to question your motives.
