Matt Zacaroli is extremely rude. If he thinks that attitude will get him through to our VIP executives, he needs to learn some manners and obtain some experience. Six months out of college at the age of 22 is not experienced enough to talk to these CEOs, CTOs, COOs and CFOs if he doesn't even have the professionalism to get past the screening converstations with their executive admins.
The caller claimed to be one of our employees (using one of our field guys' name) and asked me to be transferred to one of our EVPs. I called our field guy and he said, it wasn't him. SCAMMER!!!!
ARGH.... Keeps calling my boss. ANNOYING person. They don't realize they can't reach VPs without going through executive assistants... which we will not let the call go through. omg. So annoying.
