Number called several times, no message, finally I answered today and he said he was from the Federal Government and that I qualified for a free $8000. I replied Now I know you're a scammer because the Federal Government doesn't call people to give them money, they only call you when you owe them money. And besides, they don't call. Sounded middle eastern, very thick accent very hard to understand. I swore at him and told him to not ever call my cell phone again, then hung up. Trying to call it back only results in a busy signal. DON'T fall for this scam folks, the Feds will NEVER call you to give you free money.
3 calls, early morning. did not leave message. ANNOYING!!! I'm on the Do Not Call list. They are FLAGRANT VIOLATORS and NEED TO BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW!!!
This number calls me about 4 to 6 times a day when I ask them for a company name the swear at me and hang up. They also call and hang up several times after the swearing. They sometimes say that they work for the US Government. They are portraying fraudulent people and entities. They need to be stopped.
Just recieved a call from this number. Heard a lot of back ground noise. The caller has a inidan or asian accent.. trying to speak proper english. said they were from the US Dept of Federal Goverment. I told her WHY are you calling me.. Do you know I am an EE of the DHS... He hung up.. gotcha
Called me I asked who was calling sounded of foreign accent trying to say my name correctly and failed miserably. I asked who was calling and he said federal government student loan. I quickly cut him off and told I am on the do not call and told him to not call me back. I asked him several times if he understood me with silence on his end yet he didn't hang up. After about 20-30 second he finally responded with the f-bomb and hung up.
