I just received this same message today that it was a law firm and someone filed 3 complaints against me and that I needed to return the call immediately that its extremely time sensitive and if I don't copy the "call log" that a warrant will be issued to the highest authorities and they will come and arrest me if the "call log" is not copied right away
Indian scammer/extortionists. A lot of these phony calls about being arrested floating around. If criminal complaints are going to be field, they are filed by the local public prosecutor. You'd be aware of it if it were true. These stupid Indian scammer throw around a lot of meaning legal terms in an attempt to scare you.

Fraudulent or Zombie Debt Collectors—Things to Know
If you have received a call stating:
1. You have defrauded a financial institution
2. You owe an unpaid payday loan
3. You have a warrant due to an unpaid loan
5. You will receive a court summons
6. Authorities are coming to arrest you
7. Anything similar to above,
a. Do not give them any information or verify any information for them
b. Tell them you know they are a scam operating illegally and that you are filing a complaint with the appropriate authorities
