Just got the same call and the same message about 10 minutes agao on my cell and on my work number 11/13/2014 . He said call him or a warrant for my arrest . This people have been calling me since 2009 and no matter what i do ti doesnt stop . It might stop for a couple of months but then it strarts all over again. evern blocking there number doesnt work because they just call from another number. This is a scam please dont be scare they are just trying to scare you into giving them money. Don't answer the phone if you dont reconize the number .
They called my cell and left a threatening message on my phone saying I had 3 allegations against me and if I didn't call back a warrant for my arrest would be issued. I called back got a female on the voicemail. Called back again this morning and talked to a Sean Collins who left a different name on my voicemail. After talking to him he asked if I wanted to make a payment arrangement I said yeah on the person who is going to whip your [***] if you call my phone again with this scam [***].
It didnt make sense because he said the company that sent the information to his office is called Advance America Cash Advance. Well I called Cash Advance and they had no info on me.

I received a call from the same number the guy stated his name was Kevin Williams calling from Criminal Justice Legal Law Services states his message was strickly intended for me. lol well once I listen a bit more and heard the threat of an arrest warrant I made me mad. as I save all messages I called the number back. I went in on this guy to the point where I told him if I knew who he was I'd press charges on him for choosing to work for a company as such. I also told him that it was against the law to make threats and harass people. I went in on him and gave him a few choice words. His response to me was he was going to call me all day and that he'd be calling me at midnight and he hung up. So since he felt like harassing me I thought it was my turn to harass him. hey i'm home sick and bored .lol...so I called him back and went in on him again he couldn't do anything but call me a b word and hang up. I tried to call him three times afterwards but he wouldn't answer. This was yesterday and guess what he called again today. I will just report him.
