I received a call very similar to what everyone else is saying. There was a guy with a very heavy Indian accent stating his name was Kevin Williams, calling from Criminal Justice Legal Services. He claims there are 3 allegations against me regarding collateral check fraud(?), grand theft, and money loitering. I know none of these are true, but I asked him what company this was regarding, and he listed about 10 companies, but didn't list one in particular. When I told him it sounded like a scam, he got very rude, told me to hire a lawyer and hung up.
I got the same call today but it was from someone named Nick Johnson but he had a strong Indian accent telling me there will be a warrant out for my arrest for check fraud from American cash advance but I know nothing of the company
This gentle man called me with a heavy accent accent and said paperwork had already been missed to be delivered to my job today or tomorrow and I could loose my job over a $500.00 loan I had taken out sometime between 2013 &2014 but could not give me the exact dat. He asked how i wanted to take care of this. I told him I was not agreeing to pay anything until I saw the paperwork. He said you will see it when you are servered. Good luck with that & God Bless.
Wow i just got this same call from a nick johnson...First he called my job & answered it but he didnt noit was me so i told hin she wasnt there then he gave me his number & told me to call him he is a lawyer...I *67 him & called when i ask him what was this about he couldnt tell me nothing all he did was laugh & hung up the phone...
