First a "local" number called, spoke to someone who knew the office manager's name and asked about analyzing our merchant account where they can show where we are being overcharged & can save us money. Asked for our email or fax number and when we refused, asked us to hold on so he could transfer to his manager...we hung up. Soon after, this number called but we didn't pick up. How irritating!
We received a call from a "Jason" and when our administrator recognized it to be a sales call, she advised we were not interested and hung up. Jason called us back to tell us how unprofessional she was for hanging up. When she said, 'excuse me?' he retorted 'you're excused,' and continued his verbal assault. Ridiculous waste of our time.
