Huge attitude on the phone, I am sure it is a scam call. They were very vague in the language used. Seemed like they were phishing for information. Hang up
Received a call at this number from Gina at Secure Cost Review wanting to speak to "the person who handles credit card processing". I said he was out of the office and asked to take a message - she got off the phone real quick after that.
They called first from a local number, which I answered because I was expecting a call. Caller asked to speak to person in charge of merchant credit card services. I told him we are happy with who we have and hung up. Immediately got another call from this 646 number which I ignored. Neither had a name on the caller ID.
