Same exact thing I just got today.  I am reporting them as amazon actually typed out their voice message for me to read.

Said they are the IRS - 646-809-9697 - Voicemail Transcription: Asked a geisha a team of I.R.S. We have just received a notification regarding your tax filings from the headquarters which will get expired in next $24.00 working hours and once it get expired after that you will be taken under custody by the local cops as there are 4 serious allegations pressed on your name at this moment we would request you to get back to us so that we can discuss about this case before taking any legal action against you the number to reach us is 646-809-9697 I repeat 646-809-9697.      (This is the exact message I have from my voice message amazon transcribes for me in writing).

Robo called twice today with vm that I committed a crime and to call them before legal action, I reported to the FTC for phone scams!

I know its a fraud but i just had to call the number, When the heavy Indian accent answered i stated, "Please be aware i am recording this conversation for legal purposes"..   "Click"... funny I think we were cut off.

A voice mail message was left say that I'm be charged with 4 counts of tax filing fraud and I have 24hrs to call in or I will be arrested.
