Who called from 6502621221

Called my cell# for the 5th time.  Never answered any of them and have them listed at Spammer 6 in my contacts so they are easy to spot on my caller ID.

Called ID showed test with phone# 650-262-1221. Two calls within 5 minutes. Of course I don't answer such calls but just wonder who this is.

Another call from Rachel's friends, wanting to 'lower my interest rates'.  I suppose the only way to stop them would be if no one at all fell for this scam.  For a year or two.

The same as all of you. When will these idiots ever learn?
