Received call from this number at 10:40 pm on my cell phone. Didn't pick up because did not recognize number. Caller left no message. Thank you to those who have posted SCAM info about this number.
Just received a call from this number on my cellphone (grrr...) saying, as others have indicated, that they want to verify that a credit card is in my possession and they need to verify information 'that they already have on record'... Wasn't able to even understand what credit card they were referencing and there was also some reference to a credit union (I think...), which doesn't apply to me. I had a feeling it was a scam and immediately searched the number online and sure enough... Wouldn't it be great if all of these scammers could use their intelligence (????) to do something good for the world. I'm such a dreamer.
