..you ask them to add your name to their internal do not call list and they still call. And they could let people know their business name - that doesn't violate any confidentiality - such putzes.
Received 2 voice mails from this number using my first name. These came on my cell phone. I have registered on Do Not Call! A female voice said she was sorry she missed me and would try again.
I received a call from 651-213-4335 leaving a message the same as you described. My caller ID showed Center City Fdn. I think this could be Hazelden. I have done business with them. If you have too, then that is probably who it is.

Yes, Hazelden, I'm sure.. They call for donations to their programs, sometimes from ex employees and sometimes from ex clients. But, they say they are a nonprofit org and can't identify themselves because of hipaa rules. They call our house for someone that no longer lives here.
