This actually is a legitimate number for Regions Hospital Outpatient Services in St. Paul. I just received a message from a nurse to advise me of the details of my mom's upcoming appointment (which was not a hoax - my mom's appointment is real). The nurse left a callback number (different from this number, so yes the -7042 number may be an 'outgoing only' number) - I called her back on the number she gave, she answered, and we had a legit follow-up conversation on my mom's appointment.
This number called early on a Saturday morning. While I was sleeping. No messages were left. Reverse Phone Lookup says that it is a cell phone from Minneapolis, previously of Saint Paul.
2:55 a.m. call. no message left. The number is unavailable at this time. Isn't there some way to stop this person? Does this person only call T Mobile customers?
Received calls on both my land line and cell from this # - no message, or piano playing! Got same message as others have described when I called back. I wonder if these calls we've all received are collectively a call for help of some sort...of course it looks like it's been going on for more than a year and a half...hmmm...
