Received call at 12:45am, pre-recorded message about missing teenager? What governmental agency calls a person in the middle of the night on a weekend. Scam, reported this to law enforcement.
Got a call at 7 a.m. on my cell phone, which is not a public number so rarely gets spam calls. Didn't answer, and didn't get a voicemail so can't contribute any insights as to who in particular called me.
Based on entries from this and another spam-call site, though, it appears that this is a Ramsey County government number that people may call from jail or detox, as well as various county offices. So it's likely the caller isn't the same one, although they sure have more than their fair share of wrong numbers...and at all hours of the day & night!
This is a collection agency. This is one of dozens of numbers they use to lure you in .They are relentless . They have followed me for 5 years . They have branches in several states and use cover numbers.
I just received a,call from this same phone number but I had actually managed to answer it on time before we were disconnected, 8:34 a.m.
It was a Ramsey County Investigator, (From the St.Paul Olive department asking me some questions about an iPad that I had reported stolen more than likely when I come to meet him later this afternoon he's going to ask me some questions and verified that the iPad I believe he will show me as mine although I do know that from experience in the past and working in law enforcement that there is lots of generated phone calls made from a host number and when you call back you will just get a simple recording so you really don't know who's calling because there is no direct dial back number all you should know is its from Ramsey County,Departments or the Ramsey County Police / Government Employees......

I live in Wisconsin and someone called my cell phone 3 times in one day from this "Ramsey" number. My cell phone has a 651 prefix, but I almost never give the number out.
