Received call at 12:45am, pre-recorded message about missing teenager? What governmental agency calls a person in the middle of the night on a weekend. Scam, reported this to law enforcement.
As several others have said, this is a general switched number from Ramsey County (most if not all 651-266-xxxx numbers are Ramsey County government.) It could be a lot of things, so calling it back probably won't help.
I got a call froom this number at home, but not there, so they called on my cell. I had a VM, asking me to call a Ramsey Co. staff that I was working with on some information I needed, and she gave me her personal number to call back, which I did.
I got a call from this number (6151-266-9990) twice so far. For the second time this lady called back a month later (today April 1, 2016) saying this is "sunnyside" with Hennepin County Probation. It's a St. Paul number and the only "sunnyside" in MN is an elementary school. Other places are across the US. The woman asked for Ronny both times with the same recorded message in my voicemail about having to meet up or call or going back to court. I think it's a scam. Did a kid get in trouble? Why keep calling?
