I received a call from this phone number DirecTV had made a deal with them to keep the DirecTV however the deal that the gentleman gave me it's not true they told me when I called back to DirecTV to reconnect me that my account had been increased in the amount of money that I would pay not decreased to the amount that he said it would be so I asked them why would somebody call me from DirecTV to offer me a lower rate to get me back and be a liar the lady that I spoke to I asked her plainly do you receive commissions or something for getting people to to sign up and she said they do not get a commission however they do get a bonus for getting people to reconnect with DirecTV after a month so I told her then the man that offered me this package will get a bonus for signing me by the time I get my new bill he will have received his bonus so I see why people do what they do at DirecTV I will definitely not keep with DirecTV no matter who calls me with what office they'll give me they could give it to me free and I still would not do it with DirecTV I will fill out my offer to them for summary that they've asked for it and I will give them all zeros instead of tens very very unhappy with DirecTV especially people that work for them that offer things for you that they cannot do.
