Automated voice about lowering my interest rate (obviously scam), so I went ahead and pressed "1" just to get a live person that I could interrogate. Someone answered and when I asked what credit card company they were with, they said they were with Visa and Mastercard, and I asked them again a couple of times what 'company' they were with while they just repeated themselves. Then I asked if they were with Bank of America, Citibank, US Bank, and they paused and then said yes, they were with Bank of America, Citibank and US Bank (the ones I just told them). I told them that they were scammers and he was pleading with me that they were not, as I hung up.
Got a call from this number, I didn't answer and there was no message! The caller ID said "Triple V" Our numbers are supposed to be on the Do-Not-Call Registry!
