Called my mobile. Left recorded message about interest rates.

Called once and I didn't answer.  Called back again within seconds.  This "Triple V" number calls frequently.  I never answer.

Ah.  Yet another call from "Triple V."  (Who?!)  I didn't bother to answer, they didn't hang up in time to avoid my voice mail, so their "message" was several seconds of silence.
