this number keeps callin and asking for my idenety and for personal information, i know i sure am not going to give any of my personal information or other information.

I am getting calls every day from WCA Subscriber Services and am constantly being interrupted during work related phone calls.  The WCA numbers vary and I don't recognize that it is them.  I tried to get off their list, but the option on seems only to be available to subscibers who no longer want to receive calls. I am not a subscriber, but am definitley tired of this!

I have been receiving these calls for weeks. I've reported them to the National Do Not Call registry, no luck in stopping any calls. After some googling I found their website: specialofferservice.com. I suggest someone with know-how initiate a DDoS attack....  Their customer service number was not available (go figure) when I called them (888-365-8024). I have added there email to my favorite spam listing though ([email protected] ). I say sign-up for special offers of your own, with there email address. It makes me feel better :)

A call to SD Heyman got me transferred to a voicemail and never received a returned call.

A google search reveals no SD Heyman in Encinitas, CA.

I suggest that anyone receiving calls from WCA subscriber services calls these places for every call they receive.  If they won't provide or honor an opt-out, I suggest we flood their phones with as many calls as they give to us.

Just so everyone is clear. If it is a recorded message. It is illegal. As of Sept 1, 2009 It is a Federal Crime for these companies to robocall. It is a $16,000 fine PER OFFENSE. Each phone call is considered a seperate offense. Telemarketing calls must be performed by a LIVE person and they must pick up withing 2 seconds of you picking up the call or they are in violation. Please visit donotcall.gov and file your complaints. Even if you are not registered on the DNC, the practice of Robocalling is illegal.
BTW, not only the company using the telemarketing service, but also the telemarketing servce get nailed by this one.
