got a call from 917-398-9584, no message.  I called back with a blocked call and they would not accept it.

If they are not associated with WCA  then why did they remove you from their list??

the thing is who is selling your number to them........That is the hidden culprit.

I received a call from WCA and they did not leave a message on my machine. I was not home.. But, their  caller ID # was 312 878 9616  . I called them but blocked my #.. they do  not accept blocked # calls. It was from Illinois.
Im in canada and solicitors are a pain in the @#%@%.... I have had to call the Attorney General in several of those states and they stopped their calls with the acception of ARizona

They also use 914-339-9659  and 617-581-1071
