Been getting these calls for awhile now. I normally hang up, but this time i pressed "1". The automated call says that "Our records show that you have not updated your Google Business account... Press one to verify, or press two to be removed from this list." I am still not sure if legit or not. My feeling is that it is not, and that the SCAMMERS just want to verify that they have a live number so they can call back and harrass (pressing 1 or 2 would accomplish that either way).
Update Google, I spoke to a lady named "Amber" she went in circles trying to get us to use their marketing at outrageous prices. Asked for our phone number :/ I asked the biz name, she says Showca, a Chinese name and they are a certified Google partner. Hmmm, I told her no thank you very much and hung up. Googled "Showca" not there!! Lol
They are not with nor do they represent Google. They are 29prime, and they have many names they go by, and many web sites. If they actually get you on the phone, they won't say they are 29prime because when you check them out, you will find them to be scam artists. Instead, they will call themselves something else, and direct you to another BBB report and web site.
You only realize who they really are after you give them money and they mess up your Google places site.
Don't answer the phone unless you know who it is.
for 2 years every week these [***] munches have called me at least 4 times a week they refuse to stop asked to be placed on no call list over 100 times also im on the do not call registry.
Im going to file a complaint they can be fined as well as you can sue these [***] for up to 5,000 for harassment.

these total losers call me weekly wont stop even threatened me if anyone files a lawsuit im in lets nail them with a joint law suite they are using Google's name lets sue there [***] as well anyone who wants to sue these piece of [***] idiots and has a way to nail them call me 856-213-8879 im in. I am reporting them tonight they have harassed me for over 2 years every week biggest punk scumbag no real job fraud losers ive ever spoken to.
