Who called from 6572359124

This call came up as John Ciza.  I am completely literate on, in, around, and through the computer.
He was trying to tell me my computer "Madam" has downloaded malicious spyware in the last 5 days.    I told him he was full of BS and hung up. This is a call that should have never gotten through the Privacydirector or past the Do Not Call.  Apparently, the Do Not Call is to get the names and phone numbers of those that have no wish to have them call, but they are given the numbers, anyway.  It is not worth the paper it isn't printed on!  USELESS!

Getting more calls after signing up on the Do Not Call List

They just hang up, probably a spammer. Do we have in our country, someone to deal with those companies or individuals? I get at least 3 call a week.

Caller ID says Jon Ciza. I don't know him, but have been receiving oodles of these calls recently. Is there a place/website to report abusive callers?

I just started blocking numbers last month and it really cut out daily calls. Then this started. This # calls, then says this is John Ciza, goodbye. Then within an hour, I received several other calls. If this one calls again, I will block it.
