I have been called twice now from this company and they also contacted my mom telling her there was an abuse claim that was being filed against her. How did they get my mom's number. I thought it was interesting that I had contacted a Craigslist ad for a puppy and somehow I think that number somehow is tied into these people. When I got a call they had to leave a message when I didn't pick up and they claimed I was needng to call as soon as possible and gave a file number but everything sounded computerized with a deep woman's voice or a man's voice. I saved both of the messages. My mom did answer the phone and she said it sounded like a woman's voice that she was talking to. It's really sad people don't have anything better to do this time of year
This company has called my parent's phone, myself and my child all in one day less than an 30 minutes a part. Saying that I have a case against me left a file number I have been officially notified. I called back and received a voice-mail. I left a message , stating that they was harassing me and do not call again especially my child's number or I will file an complaint against them. So this morning around 8 am I received a call again with a machine message, stating they have tried several times to get in contact with me and they will file a lawsuit against me. So I called back, I finally got a real person who was very rude, I asked him what company he is representingredients he said CCR and Associates and his name is Shaun, and couldn't answer any of my questions. He did say that since I don't know about the debt is owe he will have to garnish my tax returns and that the whole conversation is being recorded. I told him to send me all paperworks,then I hung up the phone. I looked up CCR and Associates seems as if that company is a fraud. Then I looked up the number everyone here had the same experience. Hopefully someone can stop this.
I got the same call except they called me by my maiden name! How do they get our info? The had my current address and my ssc#. They said they got it from my credit card company. I contacted them, they said they don't give out info. How do we protect ourselves from people who have all our info? They also said they're taking me and my business to court....what business!
They called me told me I have 4 charges against me (which were all serious felony charges mind you) but when asked if I was going to be arrested for those charges they said no not at all but they were willing to settle the issue for a mere 3136.00 so I didn't have to got to court last I checked if you have serious felony charges against you they don't give you a heads up and don't tell you you can settle the issue for a sum of money lol
