For several weeks I have been getting a call from this number with them giving a name of a person they are trying to contact, which is not a name I'm even familiar with. They are leaving a threatenting message, as stated on other reviews. I have never answered any of the calls, however am tired of their message being left on my answering mahine.
Wish l had seen this before l called back and left message in complaint of the calls...they had left 3 messages looking for unknown person for a claim....
Had same call. Saying court action filed. I am a retired attorney. If a court action is really filed, they would call a local processor to serve you personally. So you can easily blow off a call that claims you have to call them about a court action that been filed. Bottom feeders. Don't be fooled, but I imagine that most posting here are already suspicious about it anyway.
I have received many calls for this number and I have tried to return the call, only to hear they are busy. I have never received a call back and I am trying to get them to remove me from the phone list. I think it may be impossible.
