called home phone in Northern California. Nothing came up on caller ID. On another site someone claimed it was a caller "wanting $$ for underprivileged women for their healthcare bills". That might explain why someone got called on holidays. Aggressive charities can and will call in the evenings and on holidays. Although annoying, there is nothing illegal about it. It could be a non-profit or charity calling, but I give to charity, but NEVER give money to people over the phone. Block all of these kind of calls.
