Answered call, got walkie on the phone. I understand that he is in call center and he is reading from a script, but when I ask to be placed on a do not call list, don't hang up on me. I called back, got a hold of Rob Carlson who is rude himself, when he asked a question and I start to answer he interuppts me. A Pompus pig. I asked to be placed on a do not call list and the sarcastic response before he obliged my request. Why would I EVER want to do business with a company with their employees and their call center as RUDE as they are? I wouldn't.
They call in a scam to milk actual Air duct companies out of fake data showing they called all these people and then
actually don't even know what they are selling. I have a CPR call blocker and don't even say hello. Just hit the block
button. Every time I redial most "unavailable" in my area code it is disconnected, meaning it was a computer phone
number. Other than changing my 34 year old UNLISTED number and already signed up 10 years ago on do not call,
NOTHING. They called at 6:20 pm during dinner. This number did actually pick up and they promised to remove. Yeah, right
and hell will freeze over........
