Repeat offender.  I didnt answer & no msg left. I'll add to my cell's "reject" list.

5:10 PM - didn't answer, no message left.

Caller ID = California Call (all caps)

We DO NOT ANSWER UNKNOWN CALLS!  THEY ARE ALWAYS SCAMS!  ***DO NOT ANSWER.***
They called - WE BLOCK!
Blocked forever - in fact we have the entire 661 area code blocked.  No calls from the 661 can make our phones ring.

Called and was blocked by blocker system.  CID said Bakersfield.

Called twice, this morning - left no msg.
