I just scammed by this guy.  According to the post, he's been getting away with this since 2008.  I don't understand why he has never been arrested.

I filed a police report yesterday.

Please contact me and let's discuss.  

If you have FBI people working on it, why has he not been arrested?

It would seem to me that there are enough cases and enough evidence to at least have him arrested.

He is actually a "friend" of mine and I told him I was looking to buy an iphone and he just asked me to put the money in his account yesterday so idid and he never showed up with the phone of course. He even told me his grandmother died and thats why he wasnt able to bring the phone! Im looking up local police info now and will be contacting my lawyer tomorrow. He used his Chase bank account and the number 661-480-4712
