Called several times. Finally answered and the man stated he was a general contractor and inquired if there was any repairs needed to our home. Sounded like he was in a call center! Stated I wasn't a home owner and he hung up on me.
I got called twice by this number. I'm in Bakersfield. He said he's a licensed general contractor and offered me free estimates on jobs in and out of the house. I asked him for his contractor's license number and asked where he's licensed. He said in Bakersfield County. I said there is no such county here, and that contractors' licenses are given by the state, not a county. I asked who he works for, and he said he's with PACE but wouldn't tell me what it stands for. He said some other nonsense and I said I'm hanging up now and he got irate and said "you need help. You need to take your meds." I hung up.
