Guy with think Indian accent said he was from the Treasury and they filing, blah blah like the other people said. No name reference when he called. Angry voice. Said his name was Steve Martin, haha haa. Thinks he's so funny..not!

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.
Yep. Same as the others - "Department of Legal Affairs", "Treasury Department", "taxes" - must be a scam to panic people into sending money. Guy hung up when I said that the IRS always *mails* you.
I called this number that showed as a "missed call" when I arrived home from my business day. I called about 5:20 PM and a man with an East Indian accent answered. He asked if I knew there was a legal action against me. I said I didn't think I would be notified in this way if it were legit. He wouldn't identify a dept. or local, state or federal agency he was with. He finally said U.S. When I told him I thought this was a crank call, he asked if I wished to be arrested and I said by all means send the police because I would like to discuss him before being arrested. Obviously he did not know that Verle Boney is a man and I, his wife, am obviously a woman. We have many family and friends in the 661 area code otherwise I would not have returned this call. I get so tired of harassing calls......solar, free vacations and now one of "Legal Services." Ugh!!!!
Today I got call from this scam artist with middle east action & give me threat about my unpaid tax. When I ask to call for local police he hung up me.
